A Press Release from the Institute for Analytical Philately (IAP) has announced its fifth symposium. Earlier symposia were organised in 2012, 2015, 2017 and 2020.
The IAP is a non-profit corporation dedicated to sponsoring technical research activities to better the stamp collecting hobby.
The Symposium will be held on line and will be free to attend. It will address issues relating to “Colour in Philately”.
