The 1921 Surcharges Issued at the British Post Office in Constantinople

This display illustrates the surcharged stamps and postal stationery issued at the British PO in Constantinople in August 1921 to replace unoverprinted GB stamps because of the depreciation of the Turkish currency and includes commercial uses of the stamps and stationery to achieve the new postal rates.
