Unfortunately the pandemic interupted the show for 2020\, but thankfully we are now back on track with a regular yearly two day show\, doing what we all prefer to do when adding to\, or disposing of\, our collections – Face to face contact!  \n​The Salisbury Stamp & Postcard show is now organised by Arun Stamps under the stewardship of Tony Hender. The show will continue to provide the best choices and offerings from the country’s leading dealers here in the UK. DESCRIPTION: \n\n“The Philatelic Traders’ Society is proud to announce that Virtual Stampex is back for 2023\, and promises to deliver an even more exciting philatelic experience for collectors all around the world.”\n\nThe Philatelic Traders’ Society is delighted to announce that Virtual Stampex will take place from 4th – 6thMay 2023\, timed to celebrate the King Charles III Coronation weekend and the anniversary of the very first postage stamp\, the Penny Black.\n\nVirtual Stampex 2023 will run for 72 hours with over 50 dealer booths\, an exhibiting experience and Stampex Talks. New to our immersive experience this year\, we are introducing a fantastic philatelic matchmaking tool so that you can meet and video chat with collectors with similar interests to you or find a dealer with relevant material. We are also bringing visitors a new chance to connect on popular topics with live philatelic roundtables for panel discussions\, collector clinics and the chance to meet big philatelic names in an informal setting.\n\nWe have improved the technology we are using so that the whole event is fully integrated allowing visitors to move seamlessly around the show. Live chat and video calling is available across the event itself to help you connect with friends and fellow collectors from around the globe. The virtual briefcase will enable you to email yourself all relevant catalogues\, information packs\, price lists and more.
