The first will be devoted to Napoleon Bonaparte and the second to India. \nThe OETP will be making its own special contribution by issuing MonacoPhil commemorative stamps.

DESCRIPTION:IPEX 2021\n  Cape Town International Convention Centre \nIPEX 2021 is a 2000 frame\, specialised International Philatelic Exhibition (IPEX) under the patronage of the F.I.P. \nThe Commissioner General of the Cape Town 2021 FIP World specialized exhibition has just informed us about the postponement of the event. \nThe new dates are November 9 – 13\, 2021 (formerly March 2021) \nMore information can be found at capetown2021.org \nCompetitive classes: \n\n\n\nAerophilately\nOpen\nRevenue\n\n\nLiterature\nPostal History\nThematic\n\n\nModern\nPostal Stationery\nTraditional\n\n\n\nAlso: Picture Postcards and One Frame \nEntry fee is US$65 per frame\, US$80 for single frame entries and US$30 for Literature plus a UK handling and transport charge to be advised. \nUK deadline for entries is 15th August 2020.
