DESCRIPTION:A stamps\, postal history and post card fair held in a modern bright hall with good light.\nEasily reached from the M40 or just few minutes walk from Metropolitan and Chiltern line railway station\nThe event is kindly supported by Cavendish Philatelic Auctioneers and has a good range of dealers attending.\nThe Thames Valley annual 16 sheet competition will be exhibited on the day\nCatering all day and ample cheap parking.

SUMMARY:Strand Stamp Fair
DESCRIPTION:The Strand Stamp Fair is held every other month at the Novotel London West Hammersmith\, London and is attended by 15+ stamp\, postal history and postcard dealers. Close to public transport and with an underground car park on site\, it is easy to get to. Entrance to the fair is free. Opening hours are from 9am to 3pm but we recommend you come early\, as some of the dealers attending travel long distances to get here and so leave before closing time. If you have a collection that you would like valued\, please bring it along. We look forward to seeing you!

Since then\, it has grown steadily\, and now has more than 850 members in the UK and abroad. The Society deals with all aspects of GB philately\, and has contributed much to the field; this is certain to continue as new members with fresh ideas join. \nThe GBPS is the UK’s leading Society for anyone interested in GB philately including stamps\, postal history\, booklets\, postcards and more. It meets monthly in London (dependent on Covid restrictions at the moment) at the Royal Philatelic Society and there are also regional and Zoom meetings. \nThe GBPS produces a colour Journal\, accompanied by a Newsletter\, six times each year. Additionally\, a number of philatelic publications are sponsored by the Society. Their extensive website provides the latest news and information and resources for collectors such as historical information on postal rates\, copies of award-winning exhibits and much more. In addition\, consultants are available to help collectors with any queries they might have. \n
